Why?: So it turns out, my old iPad Pro case was becoming very warn and I'd had it since this generation of iPad came out. I wanted another one of these but sadly, they're discontinued. After searching high and low for a case that was as good as my previous one was a nightmare. Trying to find one that was also reasonably priced as well as durable and what I use my iPad for wasn't easy. Coming across this case, I did doubt it but thought why not give it a go.Verdict: This case is fantastic! Securely holds your iPad in place, although I wouldn't recommend you shaking your iPad to see if it falls out mind but hey! The holders for the Apple Pencil and parts are great and have rectangular holes at the back to push them out when you need them. I was cautious of them popping out and flying across the room but where the holes have been placed, it will only pop out at that side whilst holding the rest of the pencil at the other end for you to pull out.I wouldn't recommend this case if you don't have an Apple Pencil or not planning on buying one. This is because it does add an extra CM to the case but it's much better than an elastic loop hole on the outside of the case. I like how the front panel of the case covers everything so you can see it is fully protected. All cut outs on the case are perfectly aligned.The groves on the case aren't deep which is something I was weary of but I soon realised that the side of the case which leans into the grooves has a ridge and this is what keeps the iPad stable, it doesn't slip and very sturdy.I would 100% recommend this case, there isn't really anything negative to say about it, go for it... I'm sure you won't regret it.

I’ve bought a customer return for 2/3 the price as a piece of metal at the magnetic closure poked through the cover. However, this is hardly noticeable and doesn’t interfere with the functionality of the case. The fit is perfect for my iPad, it’s very sturdy, the different angles you can set it at for watching videos are on point and I really like the fact that one can even slightly tilt it when typing or drawing. All in all, this case is superb value for money and looks very nice, too.

EDIT: The seller got in contact and offered to send me the correct cover free of charge. It arrived promptly and is a really good fit for the iPad Air 3rd gen. Feels sturdy and well made. It is heavy but I’ve gotten used to that already and it doesn’t seem as heavy as the wrong one that was originally sent. Great customer service.Original review: I just received my ant box today. Firstly the wrong colour has been sent and secondly I can’t believe the weight of it! I had read other reviews about the weight but didn’t think it would be that much of an issue. If you have any issues with pain in hands or arms definitely don’t buy this. I use my iPad for art and I would have to take it out of the case to use it comfortably which completely defeats the purpose. Seems well made but wrong colour and the weight made this a bad buy for me. I might nearly have kept it at that but then I realised not only was it the wrong colour but also a different design. While there is a slot for the pencil, it doesn’t actually fit the pencil as this different design has the volume buttons at this side also.

This case has been one of the best ones I’ve had for my iPad Pro. I have a external pouch for my apple pencil, which has a grip on it so I can’t use the slot for the pencil, the elastic band of the pouch has had tendency deform other covers I’ve used in the past, this one has not deformed at all. The slots I have used are secure and you can easily remove the item from them.The case is sleek, reassuringly secure and a great accessory all around it is exactly what I was looking for and would definitely buy again for my parents iPad.

Bought this cover after checking out loads of other covers. I have a third generation iPad Air and I use an Apple Pencil with it so I wanted a cover that could hold both This fits the bill. It is well made and both the iPad and pencil are held securely and the cover offers good protection all round it also has provision to stand the iPad while watching movies etc. because of the grooves in the front cover so it won’t slide down flat while watching. Two very minor issues, firstly the pencil is held securely and the opening used to push it out is at the bottom of the compartment. This might have been better nearer the top of the compartment as when you push the pencil out it can sometimes leave the pencil top still on the compartment. The second minor point is the securing flap looks like it can get dirty easily, I got a red cover and because it’s used all the time it looks slightly darker now than the rest of the cover darker covers possible won’t show this up the same as a lighter cover.To sim this review up this is one of the best covers I have used for my iPad not only does it look good fit it protects my iPad as well I would thoroughly recommend this cover.

Have had one for 5 years. Finally gave up through heavy daily use. Really pleased to find I could still buy an identical replacement. Nicely made with useful magnetic clip.

Really nice quality, ipad gets a little hot though.
