As a postman it's small enough to carry and has things like icepack that you'd normally find in larger kits and a torch can't beat this also getting first aid tips on an app on your Phone still enough room to add more plasters or wipes etc

Brilliant product, by far the best first aid kit i have purchased its a great size nice and lightweight and compact, ideal for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. As a keen mountain biker this will be something which i carry with me all the time, not just for myself but for friends or anyone i may encounter who requires medical assistance. The first aid kit has all the essentials you would need for basic first aid such as plasters, bandages, antiseptic wipes and even a ice pack and emergency blanket are all included which is a bonus, and not many first aid kits include. For the price of around £8 its a bargain, also it includes a small torch which is rather handy. I did have some trouble with the torch not working but after speaking to Guardsy via Instagram i got it working in the end. Definitely my go to first aid kit, and i will certainly be buying more in the future.

I was looking for a small first aid kit to keep in my bag when looking after the kids or to keep on me while hiking/foraging/fishing. This seemed overall a pretty good value choice. It can be worn on the belt as well if you thread it through the loop but I found this a little bulky. The only downside is it is so compact, there is very little space to add to the kit. A little extra space would have been a welcome bonus. Overall though pretty good and I'm happy with it.

Has everything that you need for an active day out and about. There is a lot packed in to this little pack which is very compact and lightweight. It comes with a torch too!

This is a great little kit for your handbag or backpack. The instant cold pack is a game changer for those twists on a day out, and the silver blanket is a potential lifesaver. The torch is small, bright and very useful and there’s enough room to add extras if needed. Very good value.

Has ice pack which I really like, has basically essentials (plasters, wipes, etc.) had room to put in some paracetamol and antihistamines aswell which I like to carry with me. Overall I think this is a good compromise between size and useful items. Perfect for hiking.
