For starters I'm using this with the M50xBT. The original cable was so bad that when plugged in a quarter inch adapter (tried multiple plain, unthreaded adapters) it would play through one ear and sound like I was underwater. If I pulled it out slightly it would sound normal. This cable works perfectly with its threaded adapter and regular ones I had sitting around. Also at the plug end it has a metal coil for additional stress relief. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely an upgrade!

This cable is awesome! It works with my audio technica M50XBT and my El Stack (El Amp and El DAC). This cable really does allow for the M50XBT to be pushed to their limit. Compared to M50XBaT's stock cable, I've noticed better bass, higher volume, and overall sound quality.....though that is not all. The cable it self is much higher quality, longer than stock, and is more asthetically pleasing. I would recommend.

Super bummed when I got this -- I guess I did not read that it is for the ATH-M50BT and not the M50x corded model -- plug does NOT fit the smaller ATH-M50x standard model Oh well I will order a different one, hope they have one because the quality feels high -- sound I have no idea as I cannot use it! :(

I really like that this cable fits perfectly, and its a good length..not to short but not ridiculously long. It uses a paracord braid so it feels a little stiff to the fingers, but its also very durable. Its probably a bit long for using out and about, but its perfect for if youre sitting down at a desk etc....

Wow! Has this been a terrible cable! The right headphone speaker stopped working when plugged in after 20 minutes of using the cable. I thought the connection was loose, so I unplugged and plugged it back in, and the cable still didn't work. Jiggling the cable around would make the right speaker work, but otherwise the right headphone emits no sound at all. I checked my headphones with another cable and Bluetooth and both speakers work well. But one won't work when plugged in with this crappy cable. 0/10.

I use this with my Audio Technicas for recording and before gigs to help me listen to a met while I warm up before a gig. Great quality!!!

Got my cord in today for the Audio Technica ATH-M50xBT. Very satisfied with the quality of the product! I am also a fan of how the aux cord screws into the adapter. Thanks!

#1 Is a same-length equivalent replacement for the cable that comes with the ATH-M50xBT, but without the built-in microphone. Helpful if you are plugging the headphones into an audio interface, as the microphone can cause unwanted noise by rubbing against shirt materials. For extra length I have extended this cable using a standard 3.5mm cable extender with identical jack types. This is much less expensive than the two offered intermediate length cables (at more than double the price). #2 Later I bought the 9.9m version to get rid of the extension cable. Very happy with it. Nice to have the choice of short and long cables. The headphone jack end fits snugly into the headphones, and only pulls out when the cable gets stuck on something when I move around - rather have that than stress on the cable. They both appear well made and continue to function well after a month or so. Can't comment on durability or cable materials yet, as I have only used the cable for a couple of days. Seems OK, though.

Was a bit hesitant in the beginning cuz of some negative reviews. but as a music producer, i find this a great alternative to the original ATH m50x BT chord that came with it. I didnt like the original chord that came with it because it's super short and because of the angled end and the abcense of the locking mechanism, it gets easily detached from the interface. This one is the perfect alternative. Longer cable, durable, the locking mechanism, all works out perfectly.

I like the cable. It is well made and feels expensive. Also, it comes rolled and not folded, which is great. However, I noticed the sound is brighter with it than with the cable coming with my X2HRs. I don't know if I like this. Also, it is built the same as one I had bought for my M40Xs years back from the same company. The jack of the latest bent after I dropped my phone. I know, it's my fault, buy these aren't the absolute most durable out there if this is what you are looking for.

Cable works perfectly with my ATH-M50XBT Studio Headphones. Going through an Apogee Duet! Great sounding shielded cable. Comes with 1/4 inch plug for audio controller connection. Highly recommend. Cable is quite short but fine if sitting at desk with controller in close proximity.

Dramatically shorter than it said on the package. About 1.3 meters. Can't remember exactly since I returned it.
