Play-Doh Kitchen Creations Drizzy Ice Cream Playset Featuring Drizzle Compound & 6 Non-Toxic Colors

Both of my kids (ages 2 and 6) enjoyed this toy when we were home on a sick day. Ironically, I would say that 3 to 5 is probably the target age group. My kids had a blast making and decorating "ice cream" creations, and played with those creations for several days after. There are enough supplies for them to use it at least one more time (if not more). I would definitely recommend as a relatively neat rainy day activity. The chocolate and strawberry sauces can get a bit messy but were super fun for my kids.

This is such a fun play doh setup for my young son to enjoy while being creative. I would highly recommend a purchase for your household or as a gift to any young child in your friend or family group. It has shapes on the side of the arm for toppings or decorations, comes with 5 cups & 2 mini spoons. 6 containers of play doh & topping drizzle.

My 2 1/2 yr old grandson loved this. We played with it all day and many ice cream cones and sundaes. The topping is messy and does require supervision. It takes longer to harden before you can peel off than it states in the description. The topping leaves a stain on the play-doh. No worries though, because the play-doh colors get all mixed together anyway from making striped cones. This toy will require new play-doh often. I had to hold the base of the dispenser while my grandson pulled down on the handle. Overall it was a great hit and worth the money. I covered the floor in with an old sheet before we began.

Purchased for granddaughter just turned 3. We had great time making ice cream treats to sell to each other. Understand that the liquidy drizzle topping is not reusable like the dough. It sets up stiffer after 5 minutes in the air, but you then pull it off the ice cream and throw it away. There is plenty in the bottles they supply, two “flavors,” but she was very disappointed to see the drizzle thrown away. Also, the dye in the drizzle stains whatever it touches. I held the machine steady so she didn’t snap the plunger off when ejecting the “batter.” The “sprinkle” maker created a crumbly mess, but children are washable and dried crumbles sweep up quickly. We had fun. I would buy it again.

This ice cream set has been providing hours of fun for my 4 year old. He loves making me ice cream with all the toppings, sprinkles and syrup. I was worried that the syrups would be too messy but since they “harden” after they’re on the Playdoh, it’s not as messy as I anticipated.

Granddaughter loved it but WAY to messy. The toppings are a think liquid that gets everywhere.

The actual Play-Doh play set is pretty decent. Your usual Play-Doh and tons of fun molds all over the tools, which I love! The little cups and cones are adorable, and it is pretty fun to make tiny ice creams. Just make sure you avoid the drizzle things. I had assumed they were slime, but if that's what they were meant to be, they definitely messed it up. The drizzles I got were a sticky foul smelling liquid and when placed on any Play-Doh the liquid would mix with the dough and create a sticky almost cake batter like texture that needed soap and water to be washed out. The chocolate isint even chocolate colored its purple. Overall, it's an ok play set for what it costs! The actual dough parts work perfectly fine. If you're looking for something more interactive however, I'd probably recommend going to eBay and buying an older ice cream play set like the magic swirl ice cream shoppe.
