What is the difference between this and Terad3? Has anyone tried both?

Don't know the difference but can tell you that Final Blox does work. It was recommended by the municipal dept of public works in our area (they are responsible for public spaces, playgrounds and parks etc)

The hole in the bait block goes over the spikes inside the bait station . With the bait on the spikes, the mice can't drag the bait out of the station.

What if you don't use a trap. set out in attic and the mouse die on the spot? then you won't be able to find them? that would be a bigger issue?

Rodents do not die on the spot after eating the bait. They either go outside in search of water or back to their nest and die. I recommend a bait station rather than loose anywhere, but it will work.

I put them into a bait station. They are the best thing I have ever used. If you use them loose, other animals or pets could eat them.
