I like this brand - Nature’s Bounty. No side effects. I feel it helps with my memory as a boost and increases my focus. No after taste. Good value and ease to swallow.

There is not much I can say here. I just got them 2 days ago. I’m only on my 2 pill. No different so far for me. The pill itself is big. I choke on it when swallowing. I always have trouble swallowing big pills they get stuck in my throat. What it claim it has in it: Rice flour, Gelatin (Bovine) less 2% of Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. I’m not sure I want to take it because Gelatin is made from: “ which is the main structural protein found in animal skin, bones, and connective tissues.”. That just doesn’t sound like something I really want in my body. But I said I would try it. I just need to watch my intake of Magnesium don’t want to overdosed my body that’s not good either.

What this product did was slow down my anxious thinking and gave me a sense of “everything is going to be okay.” I felt really good while minding my own business. Kind of made me feel like my head was in the clouds. This product increases blood flow to the brain and it is necessary after a traumatic experience. I am in the process of healing from trauma and I had the opportunity to read a couple of Dr. Daniel Amen’s books on mental health. He shares his research about healing the brain with food to improve our mental health. He also provides lists of what to eat and supplements to take for brain health and mental health. I highly recommend you start with “Feel Better Fast and Make it Last.” I know this is a good product for memory but I really want to share how it has benefited my mental health. I’ve been very anxious lately from things in the past that I didn’t confront- for one reason or another. Even things that I did not know would have such a heavy impact on me- they’ve really altered my mood and outlook on life. As a result, I desperately put better attention into my diet and found supplements to improve my mental health. Ginkgo has been helpful- just as I explained above. I feel serene. I also take a multivitamin for brain health ( Garden of Life myKind Organics Women's multivitamin) and a probiotic. All 3 of these together are great for brain health for both young people and older people alike. Exercise should be on this list too because it increases oxygen to the brain- improving memory and mental health. If your mental health needs a boost I recommend these supplements but of course discuss with your daughter, and hopefully he or she doesn’t try to deter you away from good things.

I took this supplement, as directed, for about 3-4 days and I started getting very bad headaches so I stopped taking any additional capsules.

It can be difficult to find Ginkgo Biloba at the local stores. My husband has used it for years and finds it makes a big difference for him. I decided to order it from Amazon. Nature's Bounty offers quality products. We are happy to find a good source for Ginkgo Biloba via Amazon.
