This is a great little kit. We still use a lot of the pieces even after 15 months. Some of the items we haven't used at all, but that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't need them. I wasn't sure what all was included when I ordered it. We bought this to use with our first child and it's been very useful. We used the medicine pacifier a lot to give our daughter little doses of gripe water when nothing else would sooth her crying. The little cap doesn't hold a ton so it was just enough to distract her and get her sucking on the pacifier. We tried to use it once with a tylenol syrup, but it was too viscous to drain through the pacifier very well, so we ended up just using the medicine syringe. It would probably work better on a thinner syrup, plus she was barely two months old at the time.The nail clippers work really well and we've used those and the emery boards a fair amount. I haven't used the nasal aspirator (I usually just twist up a tissue and use that), but my husband uses it quite a bit and it works well for him. She hasn't had enough hair to justify use of the comb yet, but the hairbrush is nice and soft and works really nicely to smooth out her hair. She isn't really a huge fan of teethers in general so we haven't really used those, but she just cut a tooth about a week ago, so we will probably start using the finger brush more now. We only used the thermometer a few times when she was a couple weeks old, and only in her armpit, but it worked fine. All in all it's a pretty handy set. The quality is decent and it's nice to not have to go buy all those things separately.

This was nice for my baby, some items more cheaply made than others but the snot sucker and the nail clippers were used the most and held up nicely. The little emory boards were a nice added touch. The only issues i had were the carrying case zipper broke right away, but whatever i didnt buy it for the case, and the thermometer is pretty much pointless especially for a baby. I purchased an ear and a forehead thermometer for my baby, because lets face is NO ONE wants to stick a thermometer where the sun dont shine on their baby..they are already uncomfortable enough being sick n feverish, and using it under the armpit just is not accurate enough

Just a few small things to note: The forehead thermometer didn't work at all which was I purchased this specifically. The regular thermometer is very slow and doesn't make a sound when it's reaches it's temperature. (My 6 year old had a high fever and it took over 3 minutes to get it to read. I can't imagine trying to use this on my infant, especially if she isn't feeling well.) The bulb sucker doesn't work well at all - it's too stiff. The pacifier which can be used for medicine wouldn't come apart until I worked on it for a long time which wasn't very helpful when my 3 week old was freaking out and I wanted to give her some meds for gas. (I had hoped she would suck it out of the pacifier and swallow it instead of spitting it out of the syringe.) When I finally got it open, I couldn't get it to close easily and we lost all the liquid. I tossed it. Everything else works well and the clippers are very nice to tiny toes and fingers. (I had received this product when my now 6 year old was born and loved everything but the nose bulb. Over time part of the kit went missing or my daughter plays with with her dolls now so I was hoping for the same experience.)

It's the most sought after tHing for all new parents. Someone gifted me this and u further bought two sets for friends. Good quality plastic, safe, very helpful.
