We bought this hat reducer for our son because he needed to wear a conductor hat to school for a special “dress like who you want to be when you grow up” day. He wants to be a train driver, and the only conductor hat we could get delivered in time was an adult size. This reducer worked perfectly to make it fit. He didn’t complain at all about having it inside the hat, which says a lot since kids usually notice anything uncomfortable. It stayed in place, did exactly what we needed, and was just as easy to remove afterward. That convenience alone made it worth it. If you need to size down a hat quickly and comfortably — especially for kids — this is a great solution.

Picked up this Outus tape to use in a Spider man mask that was a little to loose — and honestly, this kit works great. The foam strips are super easy to use: just peel and stick inside the hat band, and you’re done. Also didn't have anything rubbing off on my face even after a few hours of wearing the mask. I like that it comes with a bunch of pieces (23 total) in different sizes, so you can adjust however much you need. The material feels soft but sturdy, so it doesn’t make the hat uncomfortable or mess with the fit. You can even double them up if the hat’s really loose. While I used it for another fuction that it was meant for, it worked perfectly. Easy, comfortable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to.

Great product. The pieces are different thickness to allow too customize the fit. I used it to adjust a Stetson straw had that was I bit too big for me. This product did the job and the hat fits perfectly now.

Easy to put in and remove, thickness could be better and sticky is good. It works but is really odd inside the hat, do yourself a favor and buy the right size hat. Lol

For years, I didn’t even know something like this existed. I was stuck in what I call “Hat Size No Man’s Land” — a Large was too tight, and an XL was just a little too loose. These inserts solved the problem instantly. They’re simple, inexpensive, and completely invisible once placed inside the sweatband. No one can tell they’re there. Even better, they’re cheap enough that you can replace them after washing your hat without thinking twice. Such a small product, but a total game-changer. I can finally wear my Yankees cap comfortably again.

These work great for their intended purpose. Very useful.
