Works well and is sturdy, and cute! I actually bought it to use as my raffle box for my library themed baby shower lol but I also knew I’d use it for tissues after so it was a justified purchase in my head. Worth it! Now my tissue is hidden in the cute box as an added decor to my room. It fits a rectangular sized tissue box. I’ve been just getting mine from the dollar store and they fit but will also fit standard Kleenex boxes. It’s sturdy and good quality.

Absolutely beautiful! I bought this as a gift and when I opened it I was tempted to keep it! It's wonderfully made. The quality and built is great! A tissue box can be placed inside of it and if you don't have a box that fits, you can place the tissue right in it. The inside is painted and not splintered wood, but I still thought of lining it with wax paper before placing loose tissue in it. The item is big but lightweight, It's exactly the size of what three stacked books would be. So, if you want to travel with it, keep in mind the space needed for it. Hope this helps!

I was a little hesitant at first to buy this wooden antique tissue box, just was not sure if the kleenex would fit into it. But i did take a few measurements just to be sure, and then i figured, if the tissues did not fit, i could just go ahead and take them out and directly put them in it. But i have a large tissue kleenex box and it fits perfectly. It looks really nice and blends in with my decor so i took a few pictures to post on here to show how nice this really looks. I really like how it looks like books on the desk, i probably did not need to spend the money on it, but what the heck, it was worth it and looks really nice. Thank you so very much.

This is a nice coverup for kleenex but........if you shop at Costco and buy the larger 250/box, it will not fit this book box. You will have to buy the smaller count box to close the lid on the book stack. Otherwise, I really like the quality and look of this and if the company makes a larger version, I will buy it.

So, this tissue box is sooooo cute. The boxes of tissues I usually buy fit fine in this, and I don't mind about seeing a tiny portion of the tissue box because you wouldn't normally have tissues sprouting from a stack of books anyway. 😂 The reason for the missing 5th star is because of the smell. This holder makes your tissues smell AWFULLLL!!! I honestly hate it so much. It's like a bitter sawdusty icky smell. I have no idea how to treat the material of the holder to fix this so I've just been taking a deep breath and holding it before blowing my nose lol.

Bulky and cheap looking

This tissue holder is perfect. It is sitting on a shelf of books and blends right in with the other books. My tissue boxes fit inside perfectly. The inside space would accommodate a box of approximately 9"L X 4-3/4"W X 3-1/2"H. There are a couple of places inside the holder where the 'book edges' jut into the inside of the box and I have taken that into account in my measurements. My tissues boxes are 8-3/4"L X 4-1/4"W X 3-1/2"H, so an easy fit.
