Our kids absolutely loved Sandra Boynton books growing up—funny, charming, and full of personality. So when our grandson came along, I knew we had to get these for him too. Adore this book!
My son absolutely adores this book. Every time we read it, he bursts into giggles. He loves singing the belly button song throughout the day! It's become a favorite in our bedtime routine. Highly recommended for little ones!

Awesome book
This book is absolutely hilarious, and I love to give it as a gift to new moms. It shows hippos and their belly buttons, and will make everyone laugh. Definitely one of the best underrated books of Sandra Boynton’s!

My 18 month old is very interested in his belly-button and loves hippos, so I thought he might enjoy this book about hippos who love their "belly b's" - I was right! He particularly likes the baby hippo and makes me sing the hippo's belly button song repeatedly. Yesterday he even tried to sing it himself. A fun, cute book for toddlers with simple pictures and rhyming text, highly recommended. (though you'll have to make up your own tune for the song!)
