I ordered this part from Global Commercial Parts for delivery to Miami several weeks prior to my trip. When I got to Miami, the part was not at my daughter’s house but it was shown as delivered. I contacted Global immediately and a replacement magnetron was sent (without any questions) and arrived 90 minutes before my flight’s departure….. Just got around to repairing the microwave and it works during the bench-testing…. When it goes back into commercial use, we will see how it holds up. But from how Global handled my initial loss, I am confident that they are a company that stands behind their products and reputation - they just got a lifetime customer!
