Can i prevent other people from copying, editing, extracting (copy and paste), or converting to other format like ms word or epub, etc??

You can password protect individual documents from being accessed by others. If you like to prevent access to the app, altogether, you should configure through your Windows user settings, as this is not an app-specific action.

are the edit functions same as in acrobat 11 pro? if not what is the difference?
