Great gift
Bought as a gift for my 12 year old. He has spent hours making the circuits. He loves adding his own metal conductors to his circuits from round the house such as spoons and charging cables. Great product and good value for money.

Not for me - Great quality though.
Great item, very hard to work out though, more for 10 plus than 8. Even an adult who is used to wiring in a house found this complicated in parts.

OK but its not as kid friendly as it could be
Whilst the kit looks fun and is educational, it's a bit stuffy, the manual reads like a 70s text book and isn't perticularly engaging, even after completing multiple experiments the kids hadn't grasped anything and didn't really learn much from it as its just not as engaging as it could be. there is a big disconect between the bright exciting board and the small tiny writing and confusing diagrams in the manual its just not been thought through for the target audience.
