We have just had it for a week. At the moment the hardware seems good quality only time will tell it’s a capability. In regards to the benefit of the device itself.1- Skin is visibly better looks more nourished and have better tone that only after 4 days of use.2- I developed headache while doing a therapeutic treatment on someone and it was a full blown headache. I went and used this device thinking nothing of it. By the time I was done with thw 20 minutes the hea he was completely GONE! Like literally GONE! that was a pleasant surprise.3- I believe that the device aided in providing more mental clarity in comparison to the past while also helps I keeping energy level better than past as well.4- It helps in reducing inflammation and to note that fact after use the next morning my sclera (white portion of the eye) is really white to an effect when someone uses clear eyes or visine.It is working for us. Hope it works for you! I think it is worth the investment.

I researched which light therapy devices were the best that I could afford and Bestqool was at the top for type of use and price range. I wanted a 660 and 850 NM red infrared light therapy, a standalone that I could use a variety of different ways without having to hold it. This one hit all the bells. My purchase was motivated by knee inflammation due to lymphatic blockage. After trying numerous things to recover, little progress was made in pain and mobility until I used this device. I was surprised how fast I noticed a difference. I realize some people don't notice right away but I did 30 minutes three times a day and by the third day I'm amazed at how much better I can move and the pain reduction. Not just on the knee but in other areas of the body as well, hip, shoulder, arm, and lower back. I'm recovering from fibromyalgia and neuropathy. They say you can't heal from these conditions but when you understand it's diet related then it's a matter of repairing the nerve damage which this product helps do. I like that I'll be able to use this on my face with the accompanying glasses that protect the eyes. This was a worthwhile purchase that I look forward to using often.

I kept seeing this all over TT. Thought nothing of it. Then my friend got injured and fractured a bone. (40yo) her pt told her to get a red light to help with healing. I laughed and thought oh you fell for a gimmick. But her bone healed remarkably fast. And for being 40- bones heal slower…. So I bought one. And thankfully I don’t need it for broken bones (fingers crossed) but my joints hurt soooo bad. And I suffer from DDDisease in my lumbar. I feel like it’s making a difference. Also my face seems a bit smoother in wrinkles (45yo). But I am sleeping SOOOOO GOOD! And for my fellow perimenopause friends- this is definitely helping!

Just received this morning and excited. When opening noticed that there is a scratch on it. It seems like it was opened and placed back into the box. Manual looks like it was used as used as well. Worried about using it...Update: I started to use it and have noticed my acne has been healing faster after 2 uses on my face. I started with only 2 minutes at first because I noticed my skin started to feel a little itchy.

Out of the box the unit is well-made and ready to use. Ease of use is very high and the enclosed manual helpful to review for proper usage instructions depending on what results you are seeking. I was able to use the product immediately and am happy with the purchase. The buttons controlling light and timing are a bit sensitive which led me to inadvertently reset the timer once and then turn off the NIR, both happening in the same inaugural session. I am now attuned to the sensitivity of those buttons and will treat the unit accordingly. I understand that it takes at least two weeks to being to see results. I can't wait to share those results. Holding off on five stars due to the sensitive buttons and because I also want to rate the overall results of using the unit.

I received my RLT today! I’m very excited about using it. I’m impressed with the packaging, the ease of the instructions and the quality of the machine of which it is made from, I like that I can hang it too.

I originally intended to get a red light panel to use for my face and neck areas for anti-aging. When I realized that this panel not only had red light, but also near infra-red light, I thought I would try it for my neck and shoulder pain. I believe I've noticed a positive change with use on each area. I am very pleased with the size of this one, but because of how much I like it, I might consider getting a larger panel or another panel to use with this one that I have.
