this was so much less expensive than you get at the local supermarket. we love rye bread and i make it almost weekly, this flour makes a bakery quality loaf of bread.

Great Size for Starters
I use this for my starters, and it works very well for that. I like the small size because it is practical and easy to store. I also like that I can reseal it, which helps keep it fresh. The fact that it is organic is a needed plus.

Just right for the black bread we love
We love black bread. And this particular flour is just right for us to get the bread we like. Using it in a bread machine, I add most of the flour as this one, plus a little wheat flour. I also feed my sourdough starter with this flour. I've bought this brand countless times already. Completely satisfied.

Great product but slow shipping
Packaging was just as expected. Took longer than advertised to receive item. Once you order the vendor will send you an updated shipping date which was a week later. So only order from this vendor if you are n no hurry to get your item.

Good brand
They stopped selling my flour at the store so had to buy here. Lucked out because think itโs cheaper here anyway. Iโve been using this for years for my sourdough. Great brand. Shipped quick

Highly recommend any and all of Bob's products!
Purchased this multiple times. I love Bob's Organic Dark Rye - sometimes hard to find in stores. We use this for making sourdough bread, and it works fabulously for a starter that is a bit "off" or weak to grow. A shot of this will make the sourdough starter strong and fully functioning in less than a day. The price is frequently lower here than in the store.
