Are all the female side of the terminals the same thickness? the reason i ask because i purchased this kit to install speakers with 20awg wire.

I’m not sure what you mean by thickness of the female side. But the male blades are 0.018x0.110”, 0.018x0.189” & 0.028”x0.248”. The females fit snugly.

Will the female terminal fit a 1/4" male terminal?

there are 3 sizes, each female joins the corresponding size male. good material, solid fit. Using with 12vdc gel packs as used in UPS Battery Backup power supply. joining 2 - 12vdc batteries in series to make a single 24vdc power supply cube.

Anyone else have problems with crimping the 2.8 female terminals in the 0.5 side of the crimping tool? Only fits in the large side of tool. Poor crimp

I have the same problems most of the time with these. Looks like we have the wrong crimping tool? I use the Stakeon crimper that I have from my Industrial electrical/maintenance job.
