I was surprised at the quality of these. They are solid, heavy, and work. One of the two had it's adjustment knob screwed a bit tight so I had to use pliers to loosen it. Once I did that, I worked perfectly. I use these as a secondary way to shutoff and control propane flow. For that, the work as expected.

I use it to control the flame level for my outdoor stove, works like a champ.

perfect for what i needed

Exactly what I needed for the air valve on my homemade cold smoke generator. Real sturdy and works great at a very reasonable price.

I used this valve to limit water usage in a whole house humidifier and it works well in this application. FNPT threading was deep enough for the fittings and clean. The nut just below the adjustment knob needs to be snug enough to allow movement but not so loose that water leaks out of the shaft. The nut can be also be used to lock the adjustment setting.

I turned it as hard as I could, I could not get it to shut completely off. Bubble test showed air coming out of the valve even after I cranked on it as hard as I could with my hand.

I made a camping stove using these needle valve and they are compatible to the thread of the pipe I used.

Looks like high quality but it started to leak out of the valve after only a couple times of use. Junk !!!

Build quality is overall quite nice. Size is larger than you might think. Good for just air flow but seals do not work well enough for liquids. Drip leaks around the needle. Great price though for 2 pieces.

Okay considering the price.
