The product does work as it should, as I am not a petite person; one gummy does work just fine in allowing me restful sleep. Credit to the company as they did respond promptly, but that does not negate the poor choice of ingredients in the product. So now the choice is yours with the information given. Very disturbed to read the tiny fine print on the bottle. I am awaiting to hear back from the company, where the company in Utah and owns the brand name. Also, the ingredients are of concern: glucose syrup, dextrose, pectin, glycerin, palm oil, "natural" strawberry flavor is not always "natural"! All under the disclaimer "not been evaluated by the FDA".

I got this to try and see if it would provide more restful sleep. First off, the taste. Personally, I'm not particularly a fan of passion fruit, so the flavor was just alright. Thankfully it's rather soft enough to chomp through and swallow the rest. *Please keep in mind that the effectiveness might work differently per individual. I tried this on a day off just incase it might be difficult to wake up from the next day. So I took it an hour before the time I wanted to fall asleep. It kinda dulls the senses if, like me, you tend to fight yourself awake often. It did put me to sleep roughly around 20-25 minutes after consuming, so mission accomplished. The day after, it did leave me feeling a bit groggy, so it was little hard to feel fully awake from. Overall: The stuff will put you to sleep if you're struggling to fall asleep quick enough. However it does not guarantee restful sleep. That part is a hit or a miss depending on a lot of other factors.
