Delicious
Great product, great taste, great for our bodies. Wish it was cheaper but apparently being healthy costs a fortune in this day in age, so it is what it is.

Great Grade of Cheese.
I love this cheese. I wish it were raw. That would really give it that over the top punch worth paying so much money for. I love it, but its a bit too expensive but I buy it anyways. I don't mind spending money on things so what I mean is that it's pasteurized! They kill everything off but then they charge so much. But it is REALLY good, aged cheese. Get it.

the only cheese i can eat
i found this at an organic grocery store in virginia on a trip. i usually react immediately to milk. i thought maybe because this is raw milk, grass fed, organic, so no pesticides, herbicides etc, my body could actually handle it.i don't go crazy (even though i could!) but muscle testing showed good when i bought it, and really paying attention to how i feel when i eat it, so far so good after my 1st 8 oz package. i love the taste. it's a nice, sharp cheddar, and i've missed that! i'm a fan. this is from raw milk, so if that's a concern for you, then stay with their regular organic cheese.
