These work great for me. Prescription allergy medicine makes me feel tired and cranky, but these don’t. They last about 2.5hrs when my allergies are really bad, but they have a good flavor so I don’t mind taking them. After you chew them you get results in about 15-20 mins. I love these because they are natural with no side effects. I have been taking them for about 8 years and through two pregnancies. I don’t know, I want them to work but I’m not quite sure if they do. Try them out and see for yourself. I can tell you that they don’t make me feels worse. I wish I could be more objective about this but I can’t.
