I have used this brand for quite some time and it has cleared up any signs of neuropathy I was experiencing. I highly recommend it.

It’s only been a week so far but I’m able to stand up more easily due to pain relief in my feet. Without r-ala anytime I stood up it would feel like my feet were under 10,000 pounds of pressure and with a million pins and needles. I felt some tiny zaps of electricity in my extremities and read online that it is the nerves regenerating so don’t be alarmed. My knees and hips also feel rejuvenated. Overall my body feels lighter whereas before it felt really heavy and sluggish like a sloth lol. I just put in an order of 4 more bottles for my elderly father too.

I think the price is high, but it works! Hang in there with it - it takes some time to activate to the fullest.

This pill actually seems to help my foot neuropathy. Yes, it is hard to swallow, yes it may cause a little heart burn BUT there is a noticeable difference in pain level. Once you find. This NA R alpha Lipoic Acid helps, buying in packs is three is convenient.

I don’t want to dis the quality of these pills, and I’m glad they have helped a lot of people, judging from the reviews. But I CANNOT take these pills. I have no issues swallowing the biggest horse pills. It’s not about swallowing. After I swallowed the pill, with tons and tons of water, it felt like it got stuck around where my breastbone is. I kept drinking water. No help. This lasted 3 hours. Never again. I used to suffer from heartburn years ago, but making certain changes, like losing weight, having dinner at least 3 hours before bedtime, getting a wedge pillow, etc., all helped. No heartburn or medication for almost 7 years. Until these pills! Heartburn returned. Had to see gastroenterologist, back on Famotidine 40 mg. Doc said I probably have to take the medication for around two months because it injured my esophagus when the capsule got stuck there, and the contents/acid came out. For reference, I took only one pill for two days. The first day, it caused a mild heartburn. It was dumb of me to take it the second day. Thank goodness, I just took one pill. Two, which is the recommended dose, would have sent me to the hospital. I cannot recommend these pills ESPECIALLY if you have ever suffered from heartburn or have ever had the feeling of pills getting stuck midway. BTW, the reason I took the pills was to see if they would help the neuropathy I have in my feet.

They are not too big, haven't felt any change so far.

I have a severe dry eye condition and have to use specialised drops 6 times a day and a gel through the night. I am convinced this has made a massive difference to the dryness I feel. I dont need the drops as much and have better clarity in my vision. My glasses even feel too strong ! Thank you. Great product

A good product but I was charfged twice for one bottle

Used for a trapped nerve between big toe and the one next to it . Result of a cast for a tiny fracture on top of right foot . The nerve is responsible for turning toes and top of foot red , and some swelling , but mostly a burning and tingling effect. Downright debilitating , especially at night. So nerve affecting blood supply . Elevation my only relief for 15 months. I thought this product was helping at one point , but i have now finished the bottle , and no benefit to me
