Cat scratching poles.
Good product which the cats like to use. It is sturdy and well constructed yet light enough to be shifted around. The product was delivered without the assembling screws but as the vendor's contact details were available inside the packet, it was quite easy to inform them and the screws arrived promptly. The packaging was damaged during delivery and it is quite possible that the packet of screws fell out. It may be safer to attach the packet of screws securely to the base so that it remain intact during delivery. It was easy to assemble the piece as the requisite tool for screwing was included in the pack. All in all, a fun product for cats, safe, well designed and good value for money.

No screw and allen key to build it.
How does a person assemble this without screws and allen key? I tried to return it on the last day of the return window. I remember uploading everything and now it shows that the return never got accepted. I was not aware that the when the return window closes on 30th Aug it means at 30th Aug 12 am. Now I am searching for allen key and screw availability on Amazon to get this built. Extremely bad quality and service from Amazon
