What are the dimensions when folded up?

Almost the same as when opened. It doesn't fold flatter, as pedals and handles and base still stick out, it just decreases the width of the center space by about 3 inches.

With this bike, can you stand and pedal at the same time? or do you have to be sitting in order to pedal?

I wouldn't advise standing and pedalling. Although the bike is built sturdy, it might not support your weight (considering that you are an adult) during the long use. There is a reason why it is built with a seat.

what heights does this accommodate? this should be included in the product details

May I ask why it should include what height the bike would accommodate? I have only asked that question when purchasing a street bike for my son when he was little and now for my granddaughter. When you go to a gym their all the same and all sizes of people uses the same equipment. Does it really make a difference? Just wondering. Thank you .

I'd like to put a comfort seat on it, is the seat mount the same as a standard bicycle?

NOT standard mount. It has 3 bolts that attach the seat to a triangular mount. Cannot put on a standard comfy bike seat on it. Have tried finding an alternative and NO LUCK.
