This is the 4th or 5th time I've bought this product. I use it for myself and my family especially when we are about to travel, it boosts our immune system so we do not get sick from all the germs in traveling. Its a normal size pill, doesn't have any bad after taste, although it does have a little bit of a gingery flaver we can taste sometimes. I'm not bothered by it though I acitually like it.
