Comfortable and easy to use.
These small sheets are easy to use and feel great. Not sure exactly how much pain relief they generated but were very comfortable. Have only used one pad. Will have to see.

Love the idea of these but I still reverted back to using ice packs. They do get super cold which is nice but sometimes you want to move around the ice pack during a migraine and this is stuck to your head. But nonetheless I was still impressed with its effectiveness!

Very soothing, STICKS TO YOU, and actually helps!
Ok, so I sorta blasted this seller for rather slow shipping, but they were sending it from the UK, so I'm sorry about that. I've purchased something similar in the US at the same time that was just AWFUL, didn't stick to my skin, and didn't help at all, so my hopes that this would do anything weren't very high. To my utter shock, this actually sticks to my skin and DOES HELP! It doesn't kick the migraine completely away, but it is very cooling and soothing, and it eases some of the tension caused by the migraine. If you can catch your migraine quickly enough, it can keep it at bay. I will be buying more, and I am a chronic migraine sufferer. I don't want to take meds as my first line of defense, so it is very nice to have this as an alternative that actually does do some good.

Brilliant. It works well on a tension headache. Met someone in the local shop who was wearing one on her forehead. She said that she use them all the time when feels stressed or feels a headache coming on . Good for back of neck tension too.
