Darco Med-Surg Shoe, Small, Women's

These post-surgical shoes are very comfortable and really support your foot. The bottom is thick enough to actually protect your foot and works perfectly with an athletic shoe on the other foot. I purchased a more expensive pair of surgical shoes called Vive that were thin-soled and uncomfortable. I am so happy I returned them and got these more comfortable, supportive shoe. I can walk normally with these which I could not do with the VIVE shoe. I wear a 6-6 1/2 shoe and the small is a perfect fit. Hope this helps you select the right shoe.

Finally a surgical shoe that fits me. I’m female, size 61/2 and it’s taken me 4 tries and 3 return orders to get a shoe that neither so large it looks like a clown shoe or so small my toes hung off the front. I ordered a women’s size S and it’s perfect.

The urgent care only had a men’s small shoe and I wear 6 in women’s. I didn’t feel like tripping and falling to my doom once again so I purchased this one. It is so comfortable in comparison. However, this one is solely foam and has some flex to it. The one from the doctor was rigid plastic. I think it would depend on your needs if this would work. Luckily mine is just a sprain so I just need to limit my range of motion and not keep it still completely. This fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable.

I gave five stars even though I had to return. They run small. I had to find my size somewhere else. They work as intended.

The shoe looked good but, arrived extremely dirty inside! It was used and disgusting. It shouldn't have been resold!

My surgeon transitioned me from a walking boot to a Darco Shoe approximately 6 weeks after foot surgery. Much to my surprise it fits snuggly and is a comfortable as well as supportive option while my foot continues to heal. As for sizing, I typically wear a size 7B so I ordered both the Women's Small & Medium and the Small fit perfectly whereas the Medium left far too much room by the open toebox.

I bought it for my mom. She said it helping to support her foot. Please consider sizing because I wear a nine and my toes were hanging over. I fitted my mother because her toes were amputated.

Was a game changer for me. Might not be for everyone, I'm a size 5 and this was perfect. It enabled me to move safely with a badly battered fractured toe

I’m a kids size 2 or women’s 5 and this fits me for length. I’m using it for a broken big toe and it works well for keeping me from using that toe when walking. Easy to wear when driving. It’s light weight. Only downside I found was I find the top portion hard to get tight enough with the Velcro and it doesn’t completely cover my big toe but I have tiny narrow feet so that maybe why
