Will this also work on .17 cal?

It might. But I would recommend buying a product designed for .17 cal.

will this product clean a 177 cal air gun ?

No, you will need the .177 Air Rifle Bore-Whip.

How long are these ? will they work for a benjamin maximus breech ( same as the disco ) ?

These are 45 inches long and please remind him these are for .22cal. We also make them for .177 caliber. They definitely should be long enough unless it's a custom barrel.

Will different size tips fit this whip? I have .22, .25, and .357 rifles?

These particular bore whips have an integral sponge head that is NOT removable or interchangeable. You can purchase the .22 and .177 caliber sponge heads with threaded male ends separately that will thread onto a cleaning rod, but I don't know if any other calibers are available..
