Great source of protein!
Perfect snack if you count your macros and are low on protein as each packet has 20 g of protein! Relatively tasty and a nice snack when you’re on the go.

Tasty snack but quite dry
Flavour is good and certainly lower calories than a bag of peanuts but they are very dry. Good number of bags for the money though so can't really complain but probably wouldn't buy them again as too dry for my taste.

The product I received is a total disappointment. The product is definitely stale. It's not crispy at all.as well as the package is damaged.

The edamame itself is delicious. The packaging, in a flimsy plastic envelope, was horrible. The box arrived completely crushed and useless and wouldn't sit on a pantry shelf. I had to put all the snack packs in a ziplock for storage.

Tasted ok, but be prepared to drink a ton of water when eating these. Enjoyed them in a salad.

Especially good with low carb, keto, or weight watchers eating plans.

Physical therapist recommended them to help me reach my daily 100 g of protein my doctor prescribed. I enjoy eating a pack each day. They don’t have any distinct flavor to me but I like the crunchiness and they help me stay away from less healthy foods.
