A little more expensive but this is a Great brand and this is my favorite summer color.

This is one of my favorite Essie colors. It is a beautiful neutral light pink. It gives a nice, clean neutral elegant look on the nails and toes.

I purchased this Essie ballet slippers color to check out the color. Being honest, Queen Elizabeth ll used it and I’ve always been a fan of pink polish. That said, I tried it out and really adore the demure color!! It dosent scream look at me and it blends well with anything I wear. I used a clear base coat and 2 layers of this polish with a clear top coat. The wear is good, no chips yet!! I does take awhile to dry but looks fab when finished!! Worth it for me!!

Essie’s Ballet Slippers shade has been around for a long time. It’s Nice neutral “in” shade for 2026. Buying on Amazon is so much more convenient than shopping in the store.

Color amazing so beautiful

I’ve seen some reviews about this not being an ‘authentic’ Essie polish and I don’t have the answer to this. The one I received (Where’s My Chauffeur’) is one that arrived without the white Essie name on one side of the bottle like my other ones have (some from Amazon and some not). The sticker is not on the top but it’s on the bottom with this particular bottle. As for the color it’s definitely not like the one in the picture! I thought it was going to be a nice bright turquoise color and instead it was a darker, more muddy color. This isn’t something I would use for a manicure and I’m not even liking it for a pedicure either! I know it’s really difficult to guess what some of the colors are going to look like when used, as opposed to how they look in the unopened bottle. Unfortunately the stores where I live don’t carry every single color that Essie (or any other company) makes and I find that Amazon has the best variety of colors - the prices are also the same as in the stores. For the future I think I’m going to check the color in the nail salon I go to for my mani/pedi before ordering online next time. My problem is that I have a classic case of OCD and I don’t like using polish that others have used.

Ich habe das Gefühl, das ich ein Fake bekommen habe. Der Pinsel ist zu dünn und der Geruch ist auch sehr extrem.

Diese Reihe von Essie ist für mich der perfekte Nagellack. Ich habe leider hin und wieder brüchige Nägel, die absplittern. Die Nagelhärter aus den Drogerien haben nicht geholfen. Also war ich gespannt, was der von Essie leisten kann. Das Ergebnis ist perfekt ich benutzte keine anderen mehr. Der Nagel wird fester, stabiler (er wächst sogar wieder was vorher durch das permanente Absplittern kaum möglich war) und die Farbe sieht auch gut aus. Man muss sie allerdings 2 mal auftragen, um ein wirklich gutes Ergebnis zu bekommen. Im Freundeskreis wurde ich schon öfter gefragt woher ich den tollen Nagellack hätte.
