SAMSON DE10X Headset Microphone Mic w/4 Adapters, 3mm Capsule, Clip, Windscreens

We've been using the DE50X for about a month of preaching now and it has been excellent! We have 5 preaching services every Sunday for amcongregation of 2,000. DE50X picks up great for a nice and crisp sound, and our audioteam has never had any issue or struggle with mixing. The headset is lightweight and very comfortable. Conveniently comes with a carrying case and connecting cables that are compatible with all systems.

Sound great, stays in place better then single ear but not very comfortable for larger heads. Great for kids tho. Stays in place

I’m a professional speaker, and I use these all over the country. They work really well but I’ve had to replace them quite a bit. This time I bought the warranty so I hope I don’t have to shell out the money again. But they’re definitely better than the lapel mics at most venues.

Puts out a Great sound and very comfortable to wear. Definitely recommend!

We have used the cheaper Chinese pieces before with mixed results. The last one was terrible. I’m sure these are imported too but I’ve always been surprised by the vocal quality of the Samson for the price.

The only positive was that it was pretty comfortable to use by all of our speakers. Sounds decent but the low cut is too aggressive. Was used 1.5 hrs on most wks so it wasn't used that often before breaking. Very disappointing

It works really well. It is the only option I have found for a tan, thin line, unidirectional headset. But it has a fail point where the metal rod meets the plastic housing I’m concerned about. These things are very fragile. Cheaper than the $400 I spent on similar products from other companies.

I recently used 6 of these alongside very expensive headsets. These sounded just as good as the units that cost much much more. I was surprised and impressed.

I have two separate transmitters and this worked with neither. No sound got through and I was left to do my event with no mic. This is garbage.

For its price range ok sounding mic with ok noise level. And the noise sound it self does not annoy hearing. Choose this over DE10x. The headband is a bit small. So in conference work where you need to adjust this for many differend people this might not work. Theatre work where you have time to bend the wires for your performer and do not need to bend this back and forth this could be a nice solution. And the foam is very loose. Prepare to loose them alot.

El nivel de ruido que añaden estos micrófonos es demasiado alto como para ser utilizados. Hay que tener en cuenta que el precio es muy ajustado (comparando con Sennheiser o DPA), pero aún así considero intolerable el ruido como para ser utilizado, y menos en un directo. Nada recomendable.

Own both professional DPA 6066 (best headworn mic ever in terms of clarity), and Samson SE10x Omni Earworn (which is exactly same as DE10x, except goes on one ear), and SE10x / DE10x are brilliant microphones for those looking for extremely high gain and low noise. They are by default less sharp then DPA 6066, but it doesn't matter at all because you can easily bump up highs in post, or if using it for PA (amplify your sound to the audience), then send it through portable EQ device like Fosi Audio SK01 and increase the Highs. In summary: Keeper.
