Initially ordered this exercise mat to be placed on top of thicker mats but my was cancelled due to delivery issues but this large mat ended up being thick and durable enough for my smith machine and weights. Works great that I ordered another one. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the quality of this mat. Perfect for the at home space we created during COVID for our workouts. On cement, however, this was not thick enough for comfort so we bought a piece of carpet pad and put under it. There is a tiny bit of shifting during a workout but totally safe. With the pad it is perfect! We do aerobics and cross training exercises on it.

Love my Mat, At first I was slipping while working out barefoot. I called customer service they suggested once the mat is cleaned a few times that should no longer be an issue. Well, it's no longer an issue. The family has used this mat daily since we received it and is holding up incredibly. We mop after every use, that can be 2-3 times a day. Workout with sneakers and without , doesn't slide around at all and we are not gentle nor graceful when we are working out. It was a great birthday gift 🎁 to me from me and we all love it !

Excellent materials, just the mat I needed. I bought the Square36 New 12 Ft x 6 Ft, and geez it heavy. Placed it next to my home office to protect the carpet. I can't be more happier with my selection. No smelly fumes or anything. I did noticed some kind of stickiness on the bottom side, I just hope that doesn't stain the carpet. But overall two thumbs up.

Returning the 6x12 I purchased. I was hoping this was going to be a more budget alternative to a Gorilla Mat. However even after cleaning the surface with alcohol and an oscillating mop with a microfiber cloth, the shiny surface still becomes slick under sweaty palms of both hands and feet. Shoe grip is fine, but when trying to do pushups and maintain form, it's pretty much impossible because your hands slide away. Giving this a 3 of 5 stars because it is durable and works well with shoes and gloves for grip and well for knee impact workouts.

mats arrived on time. Well made mats, but a little harder to clean than advertised, great shock absorber, I bought 2 for my basement workouts, we thought they were good overall. I recommend this brand.

I like the mat OK. I had it at my other house on concrete floors- it moved minimally and did its job but for anything being on the knees you need extra padding. I have it in a carpeted loft at my new house and even though the description says it works on carpet it is unbelievably infuriating. It doesn’t stay put whatsoever. It creeps away from the wall it ripples and wrinkles and my bike shoe easily put a tear in it. And it’s not very think of baby so youbsink into it like carpet when it’s on carpet. I’ve tried to contact customer service a couple different ways over the past couple of weeks and haven’t heard anything back. Why advertise it as working on carpet when it obviously does not?

Has lasted the last 2 years with footwork drills, and no wear marks so far! Edges haven't curled and provides good support. For $300 it has worked quite well!

We looked around for a long time to find the perfect home gym mat. Read all the reviews, searched all the websites. In the end, we picked S36 and are really happy we did. Great product, great service. A small company that works hard to please and deliver. If you are looking for a high quality mat that you will be pleased with, chose S36. I was using the foam squares that interlock but every time I was doing jumping jacks they would slip and come apart which is a slip and fall hazard. This mat solved that issue immediately! It is strong, and thick and works great with my indoor workout shoes. I can do Zumba and cardio including using a jump rope without any issues. Great purchase! Would recommend!
