If you have any gum sensitivity, this product may not be for you. The first 15 minutes were quite painful on my gums. I am attaching a picture of my swollen discolored bottom gums. There is no residue. This is after I rinsed my mouth and lightly brushed my teeth. My gums did not stay this color but remained sensitive and slightly swollen the rest of the day. I did the treatment for the full 30 minutes. No noticeable whitening of the teeth on this first treatment. Don't think I'll suffer through the next! The product was easy to use and the instructions are very clear.

I have tried whitening my teeth with many other products. Most of which were ineffective or to gross to use. I even went as far as to spend the money getting a personalized tray and the gel from my dentist. Wished I would I would have started with Auraglow. Super easy to use, no sensitivity noticed, and most importantly, highly effective. I saw a difference after the second use and have continued to use it to keep my smile looking bright. The fact that it is affordable is just extra incentive to keep using it. The reviews commented on the on button being highly sensitive, and it is. But it's easy to work with and not a problem for me.

I bought this kit to whiten my teeth before my wedding. I liked this so much better than the whitening strips. It was easy to use, just tell whomever your with at the time to not talk why your whitening. I would get asked a question and your mouth is just full of saliva, so do this when you aren't distracted. I actually noticed much whiter teeth after just a few days. They were easy to use, come with a charing cord for the unit. I would definitely recommend. I also tend to have sensitive teeth and these did not bother me at all.

It actually works pretty decent, it doesn’t whiten like a professional treatment but it does get them at least a shade whiter with one use. I had very sensitive teeth and this is the first treatment I’ve been able to use that hasn’t left my teeth throbbing afterwards. I took off one star because it doesn’t adhere to the teeth well, it sits kinda awkward in your mouth so you will need to use your lips to sort of hold it against your teeth . Doing that is what got me the shade or two whiter each use. It’s an unpleasant taste when you have to swallow during g the thirty min treatment so if you have a strong gag reflex I wouldn’t recommend it.

I has having an issue with the LED light turning itself off during use so I checked the troubleshooting guide but it still shut itself off after about 20 minutes. If I noticed it was off it would restart but it was a bit of a pain as I don't sit in front of a mirror while using it. I reported the problem to the seller and they offered to send me a new light even though I hadn't really demanded one. Long story short I am very impressed with their customer service, Dale in particular and I would recommend them to anyone who like me had stained teeth from years of coffee and tea drinking because the product really works and they stand behind it.

I saw results after the first use! I’m a black coffee and red wine drinker so pleasantly surprised.Only 6 uses in (taking a few days off) but very happy with results so far! I’ll be purchasing additional treatments.

Realized that the LED Light is broken after 3rd attempts of using with replacing battery. Still waiting for my refund...😒
