Is this item in Aliexpress, for .5 cents?

They probably charge a large shipping charge. The markup on this stuff is insane, so their cost isn't high to the sellers. You can often find great deals on AliExpress and Wish.

Chances are good. I don't have the boxes anymore, but they appear packaged and together and looks to be similar to things I've received from China. The figures are good for the price and my daughter has enjoyed them.
