Worth the Money
Expensive but helps my cat with sensitive stomach issues and he loves it!

So far, so good with the kitty food / Seller is fantastic!
My poor kitty has a little digestive issue. So far nothing we have tried has helped, and the Vet finds no issues (whew!). So we're trying this new food, prescribed by the Vet. When I ordered it on Amazon, it needed Vet approval, so the Seller contacted the Vet. A full week later - and two phone calls from me to the Vet - they finally approved it. The Seller got it here overnight! Bless them for taking such quick action! Also, buying from this Seller was less expensive than Chewy and the Vet.

Cat food
My Veterinarian suggested this because Lucy (my cat), had been throwing up alot & this works perfectly & she likes it! But she only likes the stew one!

Good product that's very expensive per the manufacturer, not Amazon.
This is a good product that's very expensive per the manufacturer, not Amazon. Hill Science products are grossly/ridiculously overpriced regardless of the vendor. Amazon did a great job securing the prescription authorization from the vet and shipping the product. I will definitely use Amazon critter prescription services again.

Tiny cans for a big price
This food is for our 10 year old Maine Coon who has GI issues. He loves the food, it helps me keep his previous owners scheduled for his soft food, he doesn't get explosive poops with it and they don't smell so bad your face would melt off. So I count it a win! I only wish cane in the full size and not the teeny weeny cans. Is very expensive so I use a teaspoon and mix it with some dry food so he thinks he's getting more but it lasts longer, so am able to buy less.

Questions You Asked
I have had great success with this product and have no complaints. There were multiple questions customers posted that I could have answered but one wrong click and now I can’t figure out how to do it lol Re: Contents/Appearance As shown vegetable and rice bits are visible. And it is most certainly not a pate Re: Pricing If you can get this for half the price from your vet; good heavens def. get it from there. And the reason it might be cheaper from your vet is they likely get bulk/wholesale pricing and are simply not looking for a profit and charging you a price close to cost (I love when they do things like that).

It Works, It's Just Too Expensive.
This stuff works. After my cat had a colectomy due to mega colon, he was prescribed this food. I've tried switching to cheaper food a few times, and every single time it's ended with discomfort and anguish for my cat. This is the only food that keeps everything firm and comfortable for him. The reason I'm only giving it 1 star is because the price KEEPS GOING UP. Hill's is taking advantage of pet owners who have no other choice, and it's gross. Cut us some slack in this economy, please!

Good vet suggestion
The vet suggested this after my cat was constipated. No issues since then.
