I do not know when I will inject more than 80% of the muscles featured here but it is nice to know how to identify them. My only criticism is for the ultrasound images. Please put a dashed line of the ultrasound beam on the figure so I know where these images were obtained from. There are many planes to which you can get images but it would help to know where these ultrasound planes were.
