AUTOPHIX 3210 OBD2 Scanner for DIYers – Fix Check Engine Light

I have a 06" vehicle, and this still works for my car, yes some of the more advanced features like the emissions check don't but mi not complaining because my vehicle was made in 2006. 100% recommend purchasing and keep in your glovebox because the app isn't hard to figure out and the size of it. I Had no problems clearing codes and it functions perfectly. Its looks nice too, has a LED light to indicate when it is connected to your vehicle.

The AUTOPHIX 3210 OBD2 Scanner is an awesome tool to have if you like working on your own vehicles. It plugged in quickly, was super easy to use, and started reading codes within seconds. I’m not a professional mechanic, but this scanner made it simple to figure out what was causing my check engine light without paying a shop just for diagnostics. The screen is clear, the menus are straightforward, and it gives useful information fast. Definitely saved me time and money already. For DIYers and anyone who likes doing basic car maintenance themselves, this is a great little scanner to keep in the glovebox or toolbox.

Although the instructions are very minimal, I was able to run diagnostics on my truck with no problem.

Im a Dealer who buys tons of cars at auctions. I use this scanner with me to make sure cars dont have codes or to scan codes on cars. This thing is solid. Small, works fast, gives good diags. Ive bought a couple of these cuz ive forgtton them in cars at the auction and it shocks me its only 40 bucks. Really good quality product for the price. I also have the blue version speciically for Audis and VW's and that one is nice aswell.

This OBD2 reader is awesome! I've used quite a few over the years. I loved how fast the device connected with the app. I had an engine code that was popping up frequently and the auto parts guys kept selling me on different fixes. This reader told me exactly what the issue was (spark plug) and showed it as intermittent. Instead of buying MAF sensors, crank case vents and fuel injectors, I found it's a simple spark plug replacement and I'll just get a tuneup. Not sure how much it just saved me, but I would rather know exactly what my truck needs and not go on a wild goose chase. The app is easy to use, just set your units of measurement and put in your vehicle info first. I found it was more descriptive that way. Performance features are cool to check out too. We are going to put it on a friend's street drag car and see what it tells us next weekend. Seems a lot cheaper than a Dyno appointment.

Does the job but the software is outdated and not great. Has live data, fuel trims, misfire counts, MAF data, coolant temp, O2 readings, and several more data points. Has all the basics. You’re getting what you pay for with the app though.

I live in Atlanta Georgia and my son lives in Houston Texas. He drives a 2020 vehicle. He called complaining about his car was making a loud noise. He supposed to start a new job and this was going to stop him from going to his new job on Monday. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. So he used an app called my mechanic. The mechanic came to the home charge him $85 to tell him that he had a timing change problem. I sent this product to my son's house overnight it was there the next morning. My son hooked it up to his car turned it on and it gave him a simple diagnosis. He looked it up on YouTube figured how to fix it on his own and his car runs normal again. This thing saved me $1600 😂 mechanic should use this as a backup. They try to listen to the car like they used to back in a day. Being an auto mechanic used to be a science. This thing has made it in art! It was so easy to use even a fifth grader could use it. It was definitely reliable because after it provided the diagnosis my son was able to fix the problem his self. The connection is easy thank goodness cars today have universal connections. It's got a cool appearance it's lightweight and he can take it anywhere with them. And the readability was perfect enough for him to go on YouTube and figure it out on his own. I'm going to send one of these to all of my children Great advice to provide them for Christmas especially if they have older cars.

I had an airbag light on my dash. I bought this because it says that it reads all obd codes but it doesn't read my airbag code. It might read check engine codes but I didn't get one as I don't have the engine light on. Also the exclusive app is just a gimmick. It is not that good. It performs the functions but not satisfying. Better third party apps are available but this Autophix scanner does NOT connect with them.

Found 2 errors on first try...good value for what you pay....does the job as stated

Need more specs on product, I would have gone for one with more capability.

Easy to use and includes software that made this a complete unit.
