It fit my grown up head; however, I have a smaller head. Probably worth a try.

Will this fit a 2 yr old?

This fits my 1 year old but does look big on her. It doesn't cover her eyes so she's able to use it.

Would this fit an adult's head?

No. My daughter is almost adult size at 13, and we really had to pin down her hair to get it to fit.
