Gotoh Floyd Rose Locking Nut Gold (Top Mount)

High quality locking nut. Doesn’t fit perfectly on my Jem Jr, had to relocate the mounting holes with a little wood filler and a drill. Comes with string retainer bar and shims for the nut. A little pricey.

I've purchased and reviewed several Gotoh products on here in the past and this item is no different. If can't find the Floyd Rose nut you're looking for or are on a tighter budget, Gotoh products will not let you down.

Should be a must replacement for all Floyd Roses

This item was perfect for a restoration project.

I bought this as a hardware replacement on my Ibanez Jem Jr. But the dimensions were slightly off by 1mm. Now it could be because the Jem jr is a lower budget guitar but it really enhanced looks of it.

Seems quality, but this didn’t fit my guitar. Coming from a Floyd rose special, this stuck up about a 1/4 inch taller than the stock nut. I’m sure I could make it fit, but I don’t want to cut into my guitar if I can find one tho drop in.

As the title states, the holes lined up perfectly on my RG470 as a drop in replacement, no modding or drilling needed. Have had this on my guitar for a while now and it has given me no issues. Paired with the Gotoh 1996t my tuning stability is far improved.

Mounting holes don’t line up. The locking tabs don’t fit the nut, when you tighten them they press in so tight you have to pry them out. Complete garbage all around.
