A little too much bite for a whisky of this price. Shame really as I had high hopes. Not very smooth.

Eine fruchtige Note mit einer leichten Öligkeit gibt dem Writers Tears trotz seiner 46% ein weiches Bouquet. Sicherlich auch ein Kandidat für die 40% mit einem Schuss Wasser. Ich persönlich mag die etwas schärfere Variante durch den höheren Alkoholgehalt. In meiner Sammlung hat der Writers Tears einen festen Platz, ich werde ihn öfter genießen.
