Micro Geocache: Camo

The cache is the right size and I like the camo. The only problems I really had with it were 1) The paint was already fading/being rubbed off and bare metal was showing when I received it. 2) The threading on the container to screw on the cap had some burrs and nicks in it, making it hard to screw on/off the cap. Maybe I got a used unit by mistake? Anyway, I put it into use. For the price, it's good enough.

These containers are very nice, well designed. The camo is good enough to use on it's own. It has nice threads, good size for a log, and will come in handy. I've used one and it worked fantastic. Even my friend commented on how nice this design is, and how much more rugged it is than some he's seen.

The bison tube was what is said to be. I do like the open on the bottom portion of the tube.

I ordered five; they all came in perfect condition. I've had one deployed for about a month now; I'll check on it in another month or so to see how it's holding up. Mine even came with small o-rings to keep the log tightly rolled inside the container - a convenient addition.

Nice containers.

I like the size and appearance of this container but the paint rubs off with normal handling. We haven't even placed the cache yet. I would recommend the supplier use some sort of waterproof varnish to seal the paint and protect the finish.

This works great and is easy to hide. If you are just getting started in geocacheing i would start with this. It has for us made geocashing even more fun.

Great geocash. The camo design makes it pretty hard to find. Works great for all wood areas and not only!
