Yes, that would be the incorrect bottle. What you received was there freshen up version and not the actual full fragrance.

How do you spray it? It has an on and off but no way to spray

Hello! Thank you for inquiring about our Polo Blue Eau de Parfum Refill. This product is meant to refill 40 ml, 75 ml and 125 ml bottles for Polo Blue Eau de Parfum. To refill your bottle we recommend you remove your fragrance bottle cap and twist to remove spray applicator. Then insert the refill bottle into your fragrance bottle, then twist the black refill cap to the left to begin filling to the desired level. You will then twist the black refill cap to the right and remove. Next, twist the spray applicator and cap back on your fragrance bottle. If you have any other questions and or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us again!
