Is the 10 000mAh capacity realistic?

Hi so far I have found it last the same time as other major brands so I order again and all 8 seem to last the same time only used the one at a time so far

are they low self discharge? if so how much is left after 2 years?

After being in a torch for 2 years with only maybe 30 minutes use spread over that time, the terminal voltage is still at the nominal 1.2V, suggesting very low self-discharge. The NiCads I used to use would have been useless within a month.
