GoFit Power Loop Resistant Bands

I had some longer bands like this, but needed some of these smaller 9" ones to do Beachbody's upcoming 80 Day Obsession program. I've been using this for some moves in their teaser program A Little Obsessed, and they work great. All bands like this tend to slide up a bit, but these stay in place pretty well, and it helps if you wear them over fabric (as opposed to bare skin). As you can see from the attached photos, they are each around 9" (give or take a bit), and the little booklet that comes with it is a great way to find exercises to do with these. The coil binding and thick board paper make it stand up easily. This is a nice set, and I just wish it came with a bag to store the loops in.

These are my favorite bands. The strong one is my favorite and they last a good long while. I use them daily folks! Great for side squats and leg lifts if u put them around your ankle. The heavy one is nice and sturdy. It also comes with a small training manual if you need it. I like them i recommend them I have found alot of bands that are flimsy and do nothing to work me out these are good quality especially for the price.

These bands are great for strength training. I purchased in place of the band that comes with the Brazilian Butt DVDs; the band included is extremely weak and cheap. There isn't much difference between the blue and green but, are both for advanced users. I lent them to a male friend who is an avid cycler and his strength was tested with the green band and quickly felt the burn and tired. The red band is great for beginners and amateur athletes and, with repetitive work outs accomplish great results. Another plus, the bands are the perfect thickness as to not roll up while using. Also, comes with a book of useful exercises if you are not using with a work out video to follow.

These loops are typical fitness bands. They seem durable. My issue is they roll very easily and make using them frustrating.

i just luv these bands! first of all they are sturdy and i luv the "flip book"that came with the bands! with the three bands i get to challenge my workout with the bands as i get stronger i think the bands have helped me with toning! would recommend!

I was literally in the middle of writing a positive review for this product when I got interrupted. A few hours later, I exercised and the red band broke while I was stretching it out with my hands in a "butterfly" that was barely wider than my shoulders. Stung a bit when it popped - glad it wasn't my eye. These things work very well...until they snap on you, which for me happened on the 4th use (and I was using them relatively lightly and never stretching more than a few inches past my shoulder blades on either side)

I ordered these bands on Monday, they arrived the very next day, and I don't even have Amazon Prime! When asked about the delivery experience they don't give an option to say, "Pleasantly Earlier than Expected". I ordered these bands to go with my Brazil Buttlift DvD's because I broke the red band from Beach Body. Apparently my Bum Bum is too much for Beach Body products, but when I tried all three of these bands this morning, holy crap! The weakest band (red band) has more resistance than the strongest Beach Body band (red band). Now I know I can get a more challenging work out with these bands and my booty is going to be better than ever. Thank you GoFit.com! You receive 5 strong perky butt cheeks from me!

Awful product. I have had these for less than a year and the medium blue band snapped in half while using it for a bicep exercise. Disclaimer: I'm not that strong. Really disappointed in the quality of these. They also constantly roll up when used on your legs. Not a fan **update** The company sent me another blue band, and while using it AGAIN for a short length arm exercise they snapped, leaving a huge welt on both my arms and one on my neck where the band hit when it snapped. Awful product, I threw all three out. Not worth the injury

I use the blue one for glute med activation. The could be wider for more comfort when I put them above my knees, they cut in a little.

Wife loves this set, and she puts them to work. No sign of wear or stretching beyond capability.

I love these but they have a tendency to roll which can be uncomfortable.
