Started taking these quickly postpartum and was able to boost my milk supply substantially. They don’t have a bad taste and are easy in the capsule version.

I got this for milk supply. I’ve used blessed thistle in other blends before and saw an increase. Not sure if it’s the brand, but I didn’t notice a change when using this exclusively. Easy to swallow and I don’t burp it up.

Lost my appetite after I had my baby, which didn’t help breast milk production. Took these as an appetite stimulant, and they worked.

This was recommended to me by my OB to help boost my milk supply at 6 weeks PP. I have seen a large increase in my morning pumps by using this supplement. When I do not take it for about 2 days, I have seen up to a two oz. drop in supply! They are easy to swallow, and I do not notice a taste, but I also typically take it with flavored drinks.

Upped my supply after two weeks of taking it with blessed thistle.
