Can either earbud be used independently while the other is in the case or do they use a master/slave relation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After pairing simply remove the earbud you'd like to use.
And you can press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds when earbuds are turned off. Then the left and right earbuds can connect with a different device.
If you want to get your stereo music back, put two earbuds in the charging case, then pick up both the earbuds again, and the TWS will connect back to the phone.

What do you do if one earbud isnt connecting and the other did?

We kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting as those have proven to oftentimes already help:
1- Turn your Bluetooth device (such as a computer, phone, or tablet) on and off, clear all pairing records in your Bluetooth pairing history, and turn off the Bluetooth of the connected device.

2- Fully charge your earbuds and reset the earbuds, as per the steps below:
 -Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
 -Press and hold the button on both earbuds in the case for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash red 3 times and then turn white.

3- After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case to make sure they are successfully paired; you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud, and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.

Please wait for a few seconds to let the two earbuds pair together. This is a very important step.

4- Turn on the Bluetooth of your device again and search for Soundcore Life P2 and pair.

When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing for "Soundcore life P2" and "Soundcore life P2-L", please select "pair" for both. If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

Can it connect to 2 different devices at the same time?

If you use both earbuds at a time, then you can only pair them to one device.

If you use each earbud individually, then you can pair them to different devices at a time. Here are instructions for you:

（1）Manually turn both earbuds off；
（2） Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds when earbuds are turned off. Then the left and right earbuds can connect with different device.

Why are the not for galaxy note 10+?

We tested the galaxy note 10+ with this item and we concluded there might be compatibility issues.  In order to avoid any misleading to customers, we added a note in the title.
At present, our headset has been optimized, there is no compatibility problem anymore, so it can be used with galaxy note 10+ mobile phone. We'll remove the note from the title soon.
