Great for Snack Mix
These are delicious and a good size to mix in with nuts, pumpkin seeds, and dried fruit when I put together my own snack mix. The 70% cacao is great! The price of chocolate seems to keep going up, so it's good to buy this size to last awhile.

They’re delicious you can bake them and cookies or cakes or eat them
I was gonna use them for baking, but I’m very bad. I keep going back to the bag and eating them. They’re delicious. I will make some chocolate and peanut candies with them though.

Organic, delicious, some large blob chunks
Organic, delicious, but arrived with a significant blob that was melted together that's not great for making cookies (tho the lucky ppl who get the blob chunks may not mind ;-). That hasn't happened with the Yupik organic dark chocolate wafers, which are sometimes shipped with a cooling pack. These small chocolate chips seem more delicate and may be more easily impacted by heat. They were delivered to a mailbox on a sunny day - perhaps a label on the outside of the package to leave it in a cool place would help. Still overall a good product.

So delicious and healthy!
These are so good! I love the darker chocolates, especially in chip form, but it is hard to find good dark chocolate chips, especially this dark. They are rich with a background hint of fruity flavor, like Ghirardelli chocolate 60% chips, but with a deeper flavor, and are mostly crunchy while retaining a slight softness to the chocolate as it melts immediately in your mouth as if it were milk chocolate. Who knew the best of both worlds could come together, melty texture with rich flavor, and in organic with such a great price? This bulk bag I gobbled up much faster than I intended, but mostly guilt free since they are low glycemic and full of good nutrients. Ordered these a second time and they look as good as the first time. This time they came in a large extra padded box with ice packs to protect them.

Very expensive but quality chocolate

Defective product.
Product must have been in freezer or something. I couldn’t really use it due to it being mushy. It look rotten. I just ordered another bag. I’m hoping this won’t happen again. But this time I will send it back.
