professional hair stylist here, order because i wanted a new set without spending a ton, i was very intrigued by the design of these and thought why not, at least i have 2 cool looking pairs of shears to add to the collection. these shears surprised me in so many ways, they were even more beautiful in person, and they are actually very well made, extremely smooth on the hair, and give a precise cut every time I use them. If you are someone who is looking for a quality pair of inexpensive and uniquely designed shears, id go with this brand

The thinning sheers are pretty good and I really like the weight they have to them when holding them however the regular scissors are a little flimsy and don’t cut as well as regular beauty supply scissors. They are really pretty tho and a decent size.

They have a nice weight to them, and were easy to hold. I didn't feel like they were gonna slip around in my hand a lot like another pair i had. the cut was super clean and efficient too. No pulling. excellent set! Though, I do notice that the thinning sheers tend to make my hair more frizzy for my hair texture so I'd be careful using those if you are prone to frizzy/poofy hair.

The scissors are pretty. Comfortable to hold and use. The thinning shears are terrible. The coating on the shears looks worn off and where your finger rests has sharp edges. They have no shine to them unlike the scissors. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to these.

Cheap looking and made in China. Description says Japanese steel but there is nothing that guarantees that.....
