Playmobil Large Hospital

It took 4 hours to put this together. some of the directions are not clear and there are dozens of tiny pieces. On the other hand, it is a very detailed and accurate hospital scene. Certainly worth the money, but at 900 pieces, there is a lot to put together. Loads of fun for the kids because there is so much to see and discover.

Bought this for my 4 year old daughter who absolutely loves it and hasn’t stopped playing with it. Just ensure you have at least 5-6 hours to put it together as she sat so patiently waiting to play with it and I began to lose my patience, the instructions aren’t very thorough and constantly had to go back and review where pieces went and had to refer to the picture on the box. The bags of pieces aren’t organized so you literally have to open every bag and dump them out. Don’t get me wrong, she is absolutely obsessed with it and plays with it constantly just a real pain to put together.

This took a long time to put together (4hours), but it was totally worth it. This toy hospital allows the imagination of my granddaughter to soar. They have thought of everything. My granddaughter has played hours with this and I don’t see her outgrowing it for years. We have already ordered the wheelchair to go with it. She now wants the third floor and helicopter pad. Definitely worth the price and the time to put it together.

Playmobil never disappoints, but I do have to say that the assembly for this toy was more challenging than usual for me. There are MANY tiny pieces and stickers too, and I have still not figured out where all of them go. As usual, though, if you just very carefully follow the pictures, everything WILL snap together perfectly. Looking forward to much fun play with the hospital and the ambulance add-on.

Nightmare to assemble. Over 500 pieces. Instructions very unclear. Pieces not easily identified. Wouldn’t recommend updated to 4 stars Updating my review based on how much my granddaughter loves this. It really stimulates her imagination. She’s plays with it for hours at a time and I can hear her running dialog with the characters. It did take me almost 8 hours to assemble over two days because it’s easy to build it backwards since the pieces aren’t easily identified. If you have a good spatial sense of building you might find it less challenging to assemble.

This was my daughters most requested gift for her 4th birthday! It did take over an hour to assemble but it is the coolest toy! I also purchased the pediatric add on kit and ambulance. I soon realized we really needed the extra floor. Playmobil had that available for $39 so I ordered that as well along with the helipad for the front. I definitely recommend the 3rd floor so there is more play space. Such a cool toy for any child who loves to play dr/vet etc :)

My 10 year old granddaughter loves this! However, assembly can be challenging, as the instructions are not as clear as they should be and the pieces to assemble are all mixed up. It took the better of three hours to assemble this, so be prepared. Also, I like the way the pieces lock together, but it takes a bit of strength, not something that my granddaughter could do by herself. However, after assembly, it is very sturdy and was worth the effort.

I ordered this set after my 9 year old granddaughter showed it to me online. I am a nurse so could enjoy explaining hospital workings with her and her 6 year old sister as we built this set. Took us 6 hours but was well worth it. So many wonderful details. They love it. Truly a fun and educational toy.
