Shabby Chic meets Budget Conscious
Just the thing to perk up a tween-ager's room redo and add a little shabby chic elegant style to a young up and coming girl 2 teen room. Takes a few weeks to relax and un-crease but made well and hangs lovely.

BEAUTIFUL! Illuminates the room very nicely. We don't even use our overhead light anymore. No cord comes with it, but those aren't expensive. Beautiful.
