I've been using these shakes inconsistently for months, I've deffo lost weight on them, they taste amazing and have helped to shrink my stomach so my meal portions are smaller, I personally find them quite filling I need to be more consistent with these and I'd loose more weight than I have. They mix really well in a shake bottle, not gritty, taste nice, can give you wind for the first few days lol. Really handy for me being on the go all the time, just have to grab a little bottle of milk and I'm sorted.

I've tried a lot of diets, but this one seems to work and suits my lifestyle better. My issue is I am incredibly lazy and while juggling a full-on and demanding job, these shakes fit perfectly into a routine. I've been doing a shake for breakfast with skimmed milk (red top), piece of fruit, shake for lunch with skimmed milk, piece of fruit and 600 calorie dinner. These shakes are so thick and taste brilliant. The saches are quick and easy but it is cheaper to order the tubs, once you know you're happy with the SlimFast programme. Overall, 2 weeks in and I've lost 7lbs with no exercise. I've had a few bits of chocolate here and there, and some wine on both Saturday evenings. However, I'm happy with the current 2 week loss and will be continuing the programme for a few months. My 600 calorie meals were usually microwave meals during the week (Aldi Slimwell range), and Joe Wicks meals on the weekend where I have more time to prepare. Favourite flavours (in order): Banana, Strawberry, Chocolate then Vanilla. 1 word of warning, the wind in the first week was horrendous 😳😐 it does calm down week 2 onwards.

I appreciate the product says "packaging may vary", but I still expected to get the right numbers of each sachet. Instead, each of the 3 boxes contained: 4 x Strawberry, 3 x Vanilla, 2 x Banana, 1 x Chocolate. Been keen on trying Vanilla and Banana, so not too upset, but boo-hiss on the Chocolate shortage. Dieting makes me impatient, so I didn't meticulously read the small print, maybe they said it. As for slim fast... love it. Milk + Ice + Powder + Blender go brrr = nom! Tastes great, fills me like I used to fill my plate at an all-you-can-eat, and doesn't make my farts smell like dog faeces (like Huel does). The sachets are excellent for portion control (I'm sure we all like to maximise the bump at the top of the scoop), and great for travelling during holiday season. Packaging was ok. One of the boxes did have some excess powder in it, but the sachets seemed to be in tact. Now, I just need to slim faster... if only Amazon stopped suggesting those big boxes of Haribo in the "buy it again section"... adult crack! Happy dieting.

I was Dubious at the start of this Plan However I decided to try it I previously had you used the Herbalife shake plan. First day knowing how to make shakes made it easier freshly made is best. 37g shake Powder 18g extra protein (another product) 4 ice cubes 1 desert spoon yoghurt 250ml of Cold Skimmed milk whisk with hand blender. I keep 4 different flavours in ....don't always fancy Chocolate at 7am the taste and texture is better than previously drunk shakes The ice and yoghurt help with that. In 2 months I have lost 31lbs I have a long way to go but I am focused and enjoying this plan I enjoy the Shakes the other Plus is at £8 for 16 shakes it's also affordable...so much so I had to write a review.

I brought these when lockdown started, as I was worried that I would eat the entire contents of my fridge. Well, they worked for a while, and if you stick to the plan, you do see a weight loss. But, I can't stick to anything. So gave my last box away. But it is a good product, gets the weight loss journey a start. Oh and they do taste nice, I personally used Arla BOB milk (yellow cap) as I think it tastes better, and put the mixture in the freezer for a while once made up, to make it extra cold.

Thought I’d give the slimfast diet a go. Only lost 4lbs in two weeks. Very disappointing. These shakes are personally pretty disgusting. I prefer the ready made bottles if I’m really desperate! The slimfast porridge is delicious by the way so that’s a keeper at least. The shakes didn’t fill me up, I was hungry very soon after drinking them. And the banana flavoured one played havoc with my digestion. I have loads unused which will probably go in the bin. Unfortunately!

Mixes Easily, Tastes Great. I'm using these as part of a 1500 calories a day diet and they really do help. My only criticism is that there should be two Banana flavoured sachets in each box and so far, in the dozen or so boxes that I've bought, there has only ever been one. There's been an extra Strawberry one each time, which is not a big problem, but means that there are 4 Strawberry and 1 Banana sachets in each box and as Banana is my favourite, I've switched to buying the separate individually flavoured tubs instead. Highly recommended though +++
